  • About Me

This is why I'm running:

It is my mission to significantly reduce homelessness and crime in our district.

I also want to make sure we manage our growth responsibly.

The impact of new development

An affordable housing guarantee could guarantee real economic change for a lot of families.

This is the moment I decided to run

We must make sure we are investing in our local infrastructure so children can have a safe route to walk to the bus stop.

Growth is cause for concern

We are growing at alarming rates.

One of the side effects are cars speeding through neighborhoods.

Parents do not feel they cannot let the children play outside.

We need a big push to skilled labor

One way to prevent crime is good paying jobs for young adults.

Skilled labor positions are in high demand.

Opportunities for Black Business Owners

With the Northwoods Centre becoming the new home of TPD, this is a great opportunity for more black-owned businesses.

Effects of property taxes going up

The FSU athletic department is self-sufficient.

There is no for need taxpayers funds.

Tharpe St. needs sidewalks, not dirt paths

Money that could have been used for sidewalks on Tharpe St. between Mission and Ocala is headed to Doak Campbell Stadium.

What's going on with the North Monroe Gateway Project?

Two and a half years into Blueprint 2020, we still don't have any progress on the North Monroe Gateway Project.
